I illustrated this book for Tenri Cultural Institute in 2004.
Tenrikyo or Tenri is the name of Japan’s third largest religion. Related in form to Shinto and based in Tenri City near Nara, it has missions worldwide.
This book was written by the granddaughter of Tenri’s foundress, Ms. Moto Nakayama, and describes the church’s worldview to children.
“God the Parent’s Blessings” is distributed internationally within the Tenri community and is not commercially available.
